摘要
通过借鉴NYP"教学工厂"办学理念和奥尔堡POPBL教学模式,结合区域经济发展及自身教学改革实践,提出了TF-POPBL高职电子商务课程教学模式,并以网络营销课程为例进行了详细说明。TF-POPBL模式围绕企业环境、项目化课程、双师型教师、问题情景、项目工作和学生团队六要素展开,通过创建"教学工厂",校企合作开发配套项目化课程,在"双师型"教师的引导下,实施"以问题为导向、以项目为组织"的教学过程,迎合了高职电子商务人才培养的需求。
By analyzing and learning from the concept of teaching factory of NYP and Aalborg POPBL Model, and combining the characteristics of regional economic development, our experience in teaching practice, this article presents TF-POPBL teaching mode of e-commerce courses in higher vocational schools, and gives the detailed description based on the courses of e-marketing. TF-POPBL carries out around six components: enterprise environment, project course, double-professionally-titled teacher, problem scenario, project work and student team. By creating teaching factory, developing project courses with enterprise, and carrying out the teaching process of "Problem Oriented and Project Based Learning" around the students under the guiding of double-professionally-titled teachers, TF-POPBL fully caters to the needs of cultivation of high quality and technical talent of e-commerce major in higher vocational schools.
