摘要 以PC机作为上位机,组态王为工业组态软件,多路巡检显示仪对信号进行采集并通过RS232/RS485转换器与上位机通信实现数据传输,设计了热工性能测试系统.通过组态王设计人机界面,实现对温度、流量和压力信号的采集、存取和分析处理.该系统可实现采样参数设置、实时监控、实时曲线显示、报表数据查询打印等功能.实际运行情况表明,该测试系统界面友好、易于操作、数据传输稳定、运行可靠. The thermodynamic performance test system is designed by using PC as upper computer, Kingview as industry configuration software and multi-channel inspecting instrument as both signal acquisition and data transmission unit. The data is communicated with the upper computer through RS232/RS485 converter. Signals of temperature, flow and pressure are collected, saved and analyzed based on Kingview software. This system can achieve sampling parameters setting, real time monitoring, real time curves showing, and report querying and printing. Experimental results show that this system has the features of friendly interface, easy operation, stable data transmission and reliable running.
