摘要
随着金融市场化和金融创新步伐的日益加快,商业银行业务经营结构发生了深刻变化,表外业务的快速发展和丰富为银行多元化经营增添了活力和动力。本文从表外业务概念入手,通过对陕西省商业银行表外业务发展的调查研究,深入分析制约商业银行表外业务发展的因素,并提出了相关政策建议。
Along with the quickening of the pace of financial liberalization and financial innovation, a profound change has taken in commercial banks business structure, and the rapid development and diversification of the off-balance-sheet business makes banks more vigorous. Beginning with the concept of off-balance-sheet business and through the survey and study on the development of off-balance-sheet business of commercial banks in Shaanxi province, the paper deeply analyzes the factors which restrict the development of the off-balance-sheet business of commercial banks, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
