肿瘤坏死因子样配体1A与风湿病的关系

摘要 肿瘤坏死因子样配体1A(tumornecrosisfactor—likeligand1A,TL1A)是近年来发现的一种属于肿瘤坏死因子(tumornecrosisfactor,TNF)超家族的新成员。TL1A可以作用于T淋巴细胞影响机体的免疫应答,且在炎症的发病过程中,炎症细胞分泌的TL1A水平明显升高,它还可以促进其他炎症细胞因子的合成及分泌,在风湿病中发挥重要作用。
