摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法合成Ca10(Si2O7)3Cl2:Ce3+荧光粉,探讨电荷补偿剂Li+,Na+,K+的加入对荧光粉发光性能的影响。结果表明:电荷补偿剂能极大提高荧光粉发射光的强度,其中Li+的效果最好,其次为Na+和K+;Li+,Na+的最佳掺杂摩尔浓度为0.04mol/L,K+为0.03mol/L;随着碱金属离子掺入量的增多,发射光强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势。
The Ca10(Si2O7)3Cl2:Ce^3+ was synthesized by sol-gel method, and spectrum property was discussed for fluorescent powder co-doped with Li^+, Na^+ and K^+. The results show that the intensity of emission spectrum can be greatly increased by adding these ions. Li^+ has the best effect, followed by Na^+ and K^+. The best doping concentration is 0.04 mol/L by Li^+, Na^+ and K^+ is 0.03 mol/ L. With the increase of doped alkali metal ions, emission light intensity increases at the lower concentration and decreases at high concentration.
