摘要
根据类滚动体表面质量自动检测的技术要求,采用机器视觉技术,对其整体机械结构、控制系统、光学干涉系统和图像处理系统进行设计,通过计算机技术的应用,使机电有机融为一体。现代军工产品中,各种精密轴承的使用量越来越大,对轴承质量的要求也越来越高。钢球、锥形滚子和圆柱滚子作为承受载荷并与轴承的动态性能直接相关的零件,其质量(尤其是表面质量)是影响轴承性能的关键因素之一。
According to automatic detecting technical requirement of surface quality of similar rolling elements, machine vision technology is used to desigen the whole mechanical structure, control system, optical interference system, and image processing system, the machine and electricity were made together through the application of computers. Insert bearing was used more and more frequently in modern war products, which require high quality for insert bearing. Steel ball, conical roller, and cylindrical roller as the pieces that bearing load directly and have direct relationship with bearing dynamic charac- ters, are one of the key factors deciding bearing performance.
