摘要
为保证居民的可靠用水,并在一定程度上达到高效节能、经济实用的目的.采用PLC作为主控制器配合以变频器,设计了基于PLC的变频恒压供水系统.该系统采用增量式PID算法,通过对变频恒压供水系统进行理论分析,确定了相应的设计方案和控制策略,并在S7-200PLC的硬件坏境下使用STEP 7-MICRO/WIN V3.2版编程软件进行了编程,通过变频调速完成电机转速的控制,从而实现恒压供水系统的设计;该系统不仅取代了水塔、高位水箱及传统的气压罐供水装置,且经济节能,保护功能齐全,工作稳定可靠,可在生产和生活中的很多领域得到应用.
In order to ensure reliable water for residents,and achieve the purpose of energy-efficient,economical and practical to a certain extent,a water supplying system with variable frequency and constant pressure based on PLC is designed through using PLC as the master controller and with the frequency converter.Using an incremental PID algorithm,by theoretical analysis of constant pressure water supply system,the system determines the appropriate design and control strategy,and uses STEP 7-MICRO/WIN V3.2 programming software to program in S7-200 PLC environment.Further,by frequency control,the system completes the control of the motor speed and realizes the design of the water supply system.Thus,the system not only replaces the towers,high water tank and the traditional water supply device with pressure tank,but saves energy and has the complete protection of function besides stable and reliable.It can be widely applied in various fields of production life.
