能源动力厂8#9#低压旋膜除氧器除氧塔头由于在设计和安装中存在缺陷，导致除氧不合格。通过查找原因，采取相应的技术改造，取得了较好的除氧效果。
The deaeration function of deaerating tower head in 8＂, 9＂ low-pressure rotary film deaerator in the energy ＆ power plant is off-grade because of the existing defects within its design and installment. Through searching the reasons and taking the corresponding technical transformations, the good deaerating effects are obtained.
