摘要
文化创意产业的稳步发展是建设文化强国的重要步骤,提升文化创意产业的国际竞争力也是维护国家文化安全的必要手段。为推进中国文化创意产业的国际化,亟需加强对文化产品和服务开拓国际市场的指导和服务,提供有用信息,进行统筹协调,加大财税支持力度,实行奖励政策,同时还要在微观层面培育一批外向型文化创意企业,加强对外文化品牌的建设,扶持对外文化重点项目,并且能够借助海外多种力量开拓国际市场,在必要时还可在WTO框架下,对国外文化产品和服务设置一定门槛。
Steady development of culture and creative industry is not only an important step to build a great power on culture but also a necessary way in ensuring national culture security. To speed up the pace of internation- alization of culture and creative industry in China, something urgent are needed to be done in both micro and macro levels. Guidance and services which are provided to help culture products and services expand in the global market should be enforced. Useful information giving, over- all planning and all- round consideration, tax and financial support and rewarding policies should be applied by the government. In addition, at micro level, a series of globe -oriented culture and creative enterprises should be cultivated. Culture brand construction should be enforced. Key globe -oriented culture projects should be supported. Diverse forces should be take advantage of to explore in- ternational market.
