四角蛤蜊糖胺聚糖的化学组成与生物学功能研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用化学方法测定四角蛤蜊糖胺聚糖的硫酸根含量均值为25.83%,糖醛酸含量均值为47.61%,氨基糖含量均值为2.53%;MTT法检测糖胺聚糖对肝癌细胞系HepG2细胞有一定的抑制作用,且均随着糖胺聚糖质量浓度的升高,抑制作用增强;构建糖尿病小鼠模型,口灌小鼠糖胺聚糖,结果表明,高、低剂量糖胺聚糖组小鼠在试验末期血糖值显著(p<0.05)或极显著(p<0.01)低于试验初期血糖值,表明四角蛤蜊糖胺聚糖具有良好的降血糖作用。 The mean sulfate, uronic acid and amino sugar content of glycosaminoglycan from Mactra veneriformis were 25.83%, 47.61% and 2.53% respectively by chemical method. The glycosaminoglycan had certain inhibition on hepatoma cell line HepG2, and inhibitory effect enhanced gradually with increasing concentrations of glycosaminoglycan by MTT method. The diabetic model of mice were built, and oral glycosaminoglycan in mice, then the results showed that blood glucose values of mice in the final experiment were significantly lower 09〈0.05) or very significantly higher (/9〈0.01) than that of the initial experiment, so indicated that glycosaminoglycan from M. veneriformis had good hypoglycemic effect.
