摘要
以华北地区污泥厌氧消化工艺为例,计算典型条件下工艺运行阶段的碳减排量,分析其影响因素并提出优化建议。针对污泥处理规模288m3/d(含水率96%)的厌氧消化工艺,按照政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPCC)方法学计算,7年内平均碳减排量为0.41tCO2/tDS。沼气产率从140m3/tDS提高至300m3/tDS时,厌氧消化碳减排量由0.27tCO2/tDS增至0.56tCO2/tDS;污泥含水率由97%降至90%时,碳减排量由0.36tCO2/tDS增至0.50tCO2/tDS;污泥含水率小于92%时可实现全年热量平衡。
Taking the sludge anaerobic digestion process in North China as a case study, this paper calculated the carbon emission reduction in typical operating process, analyzed its influential factors, and proposed the optimization suggestion. According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (LPCC) method, the average carbon emission reduction of the anaerobic digestion process with sludge treatment scale of 288 ma/d (sludge water ratio 96%) should be 0. 41 tCO2/tDS during 7 years. It was found that when biogas production rate increased from 140 rna/tDS to 300 m3/tDS, carbon emission reduc- tion increased from 0. 27 tCO2/tDS to 0. 56 tCO2/tDS; when sludge water ratio decreased from 97% to 90 %, carbon emission reduction increased from 0. 36 tCO2/tDS to 0. 50 tCO2/tDS; when the sludge water ratio was lower than 92%, annual heatbalance of the anaerobic digestion process could be achieved.
