摘要
采用模拟管道中试系统研究银离子对生活热水中军团菌及常规细菌的灭活作用。试验结果表明,银离子对军团菌和常规细菌均有显著的灭活效果。银离子浓度为0.10mg/L时,灭活210min后,1.20×103 CFU/mL浓度军团菌的灭活率达99.92%。银离子浓度在0.05~0.07mg/L时,灭活180min后细菌总数灭活率达97.86%,异养菌的平均灭活率达85.71%。银离子对35℃热水与24℃常温水的细菌总数和异养菌灭活规律类似,灭活效果显著,表明银离子具有广谱灭菌的作用。银离子在管壁和罐壁的附着现象有利于持续消毒作用,在设计和应用中应考虑银离子消毒装置的银离子投加、附着和消毒作用滞后现象。
The simulated pilot-scale pipeline system was used to study the legionnella and con- ventional bacteria inactivation by silver ion in domestic hot water. The results showed that the sig- nificant inactivation effects to the legionnella and conventional bacterias were achieved by silver ion. The inactivation rate of legionella reached 99.92% after 210 minutes inactivation with 1.20 × 10^3 CFU/mL concentration of legionella and 0. 10 mg/L concentration of silver ion. After 180 minutes inactivation, the inactivation rate of the total bacterial count reached 97.86% and average inactiva- tion rate of heterotrophic bacteria was 85.71% within the range of 0. 05-0. 07 mg/L concentration of silver ion. The similar inactivation law and remarkable inactivation effects of the total bacterial count and heterotrophie bacteria were observed in 24℃ and 35 ℃ water. It was shown that silver ion could inactivate a wide range of bacteria. The adhesion phenomenon of silver ion on pipe wall and tank wall would damage the continuous inactivation effect. The hysteresis phenomenon of sil- ver ion dosing, adhesion, and disinfection effect should be considered in the design and application of silver ion disinfection device.
