摘要
深入研究二元决策图理论,对火箭发动机测试发射中出现的系统故障进行定性分析,求出所有最小割集,通过系统故障树定量计算,确定最小割集诊断重要度和组成单元诊断重要度,依据最小割集及其组成单元发生的概率,确定系统故障排查诊断顺序,有效缩短系统故障诊断时间,降低试验安全隐患。
Based on the binary decision diagram (BDD) theory, a Qualitative analysis for the system fault in rocket motor test and launch was conducted, and then the minimal cut set was obtained. The diagnosis importance of all minimal cut sets and their components were determined via the quantitative analysis of system fault tree. According to the probability of occurrence for the minimal cut sets and their components, the order for fault diagnosis was determined, which effectively reduced the time of fault diagnosis and the safety risk of tests.
