摘要
公民恰当行使网络言论自由权是宪政精神的体现,但不能忽视滥用网络言论自由权带来的危害。因此,必须为网络言论自由权的行使设定必要的限度,原则限度包括绝对主义与相对主义原则、比例原则,具体限度包括公共利益、私人利益。
It is the embodiment of the constitutionalism spirit that citizens properly exercise network freedom of speech, but we can not ignore the harm which may bring by misusing network speech right. Therefore, we must set some necessary limits to network speech right. Principle limits includes principles of absolutism and relativism, the principle of proportionality principle, and specific limits include the public interest, private benefit.
