摘要
目的了解高中生的自杀意念现状并构建高中生人格特征、抑郁、焦虑和自杀意念关系的结构方程模型,为预防青少年自杀提供理论依据。方法采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、Beck抑郁问卷(BDI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及中文版贝克自杀意念量表(BSI-CV),对整群随机抽取的临沂市2所学校640名高中生进行问卷调查,运用结构方程模型进行拟合,通过评价修正确定最终模型。结果高中生自杀意念报告率为24.7%。模型拟合效果理想(χ2/df=2.350,RMSEA=0.046,AGFI=0.973,GFI=0.991,NFI=0.980,IFI=0.989,CFI=0.989)。人格特征对自杀意念、抑郁及焦虑直接影响的路径系数分别为-0.30,-0.59和-0.72;人格特征通过抑郁对自杀意念影响的路径系数为-0.09,通过焦虑和抑郁对自杀意念影响的路径系数为-0.02,所有路径系数均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论高中生人格特征、抑郁和焦虑情绪对自杀意念具有直接或间接效应。
Objective To investigate the relationships among personality traits,depression,anxiety and suicidal ideation among senior high students.Methods A total of 640 senior high students were investigated using Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ),Beck Depression Inventory(BDI),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation-Chinese Version(BSI-CV).The structural equation model was conducted to show the relationships of the relating variables.Results About 24.7% of the participants reported suicidal ideation.The final modified model fit the data well(χ2/df=2.350,RMSEA=0.046,AGFI=0.973,GFI=0.991,NFI=0.980,IFI=0.989,CFI=0.989).The model revealed that personality traits had direct effects on suicidal ideation and also indirect effects through depression and anxiety as mediators.Conclusion Personality traits,depression and anxiety affect directly or indirectly on suicidal ideation among senior high students.
