摘要
目的了解某高校大学生近3 a艾滋病流行状况及相关行为特征,为制定相应的监测、干预措施提供参考。方法整群抽取昆明市某高校2010-2012年毕业生进行艾滋病普查、问卷调查,并采集静脉血进行人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、梅毒、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)检测。结果 3 a共监测2 344名,未发现HIV抗体阳性者,2012年发现梅毒、HCV抗体阳性者各1例。2010-2012年大学生性行为发生率分别为3.3%(26/791),12.7%(96/755),15.8%(125/792),经线性趋势检验呈增长趋势(χ2=26.13,P<0.01);多因素Logistic回归模型结果提示,男性、年龄大者性行为发生率更高。危险性行为发生率2010-2012年分别为0.2%(2/797)、0.9%(7/755)和1.4%(11/792),经线性趋势检验呈增长趋势(χ2=18.35,P<0.01);多因素Logistic回归模型结果提示,男性、少数民族、艾滋病知晓率低、第一次性行为年龄早者,最近1 a危险性行为发生率较高。结论艾滋病在高校人群中传播蔓延的危险因素仍然存在。应进一步加强大学生性安全知识教育,提倡推迟第一次性行为年龄。
Objective To understand the HIV/AIDS epidemic and related risk behaviors among college students in recent three years to provide reference data for future monitor and intervention strategies.Methods HIV/AIDS surveillance and questionnaire survey were implemented among college students including HIV,syphilis and HCV test during 2010-2012.Results In recent three years,a total of 2 344 college students participated in the survey.None of them were found to be HIV antibody positive,there was only one case of syphilis and HCV antibody positive in 2012.The report rate of sexual intercourse was 3.3%(26/791),12.7%(96/755) and 15.8%(125/792),respectively in 2010,2011 and 2012.It showed gradual increasing trend with year(χ2=26.13,P&lt;0.01).Multivariate logistic regression analyses revealed that male and older students have higher rates of sexual behaviors.The rate of high risk sexual behavior during the past year was 0.2%(2/797),0.9%(7/755) and 1.4%(11/792) respectively,with clear increasing trend(χ2=18.35,P&lt;0.01).Multivariate logistic regression analyses revealed that male,minority,have little knowledge of HIV/AIDS,early sexual experience had the highest rates of sexual intercourse during the past year.Conclusion Risk factors of HIV/AIDS transmission remain among college students.It is of great importance to promote safe sex education among college students and advocate delaying initiation of sexual activity.
