摘要
技术创新是提高企业竞争力的重要途径。运用DEA-最优分割聚类法对中国28个制造行业的技术创新效率进行实证分析。研究发现中国制造业技术创新效率总体水平较低,高技术制造业比传统制造业效率更低,制约制造业技术创新效率提高的主要原因是科技经费内部支出利用率低,产学研合作效率低,专利申请数不足。最后,提出改进中国制造业技术创新效率的建议。
Technology Innovation is an important way to improve enterprises’ competitiveness.In this paper,the clustering analysis of DEA(Data envelopment analysis)-optimal partition method is used for empirical study on China’s 28 manufacturing industries.Results show that technology innovation efficiency values of most of China’s manufacturing industries are low.The efficiency of hi-tech manufacturing is lower than that of traditional manufacturing.The reasons for low efficiency are:low utilization of internal spending of science and technology funds,low efficiency of industry-university-institute collaboration and the insufficiency of patent application.Lastly,some suggestions are given to improve technology innovation efficiency of China’s manufacturing industry.
