摘要 输变电设备智能化及状态检修体系的构建是建设智能电网,提高输变电设备可靠性及利用率的关键环节。结合浙江电网的实际情况,笔者阐述了支撑输变电设备智能化的关键技术,如输电线路状态监测技术、直升机智能巡检技术、地理信息系统(GIS)及变电设备在线监测技术等。在此基础上,介绍了浙江电网输变电设备状态评价及检修体系。同时,指出了在深化设备智能化及状态检修方面尚需进一步完善的一些工作,以期能为全面推进浙江电网输变电设备的智能化和状态检修提供参考。 Intelligentization of power transmission and distribution equipments and building of condition-based maintenance system are key links for the establishment of smart grid, and improvement of reliability and efficiency of power transmission equipment. In this paper, considering the actual situation of Zhejiang electric power network, the key technologies supporting the intelligentization of power transmission and distribution equipments are described. For example, condition monitoring technology of transmission lines, intelligent detecting technology with helicopter, geographic information systems (GIS) and on-line monitoring technology of substation equipment are introduced. On this basis, the condition assessment and maintenance system of Zhejiang electric power transmission and distribution equipments are described. Besides, the works for further deepening of equipment intelligentization and condition-based maintenance equipment are pointed out, in order to offer references for the intelligentization of power transmission and distribution equipments and condition-based maintenance system of Zhejiang electric power network.
