摘要
通过有限元软件分析国内某款增程式纯电动汽车的后碰撞安全性,利用得到的分析结果来指导和优化整车后碰撞安全性的设计。针对该款增程式纯电动汽车的结构特点,建立车辆后碰撞有限元分析仿真模型,进行了有限元理论分析计算,得到了车辆安全性能优化方案;对比增程式纯电动车型和原型车的弯曲模态、扭转模态和扭转刚度,对现有车型的车身结构方案和整车后碰撞安全性进行优化和改进设计。经实车后碰撞试验验证,改进后的设计安全结构方案完全可以满足设计要求。
The finite element (FE) model of E--REV rear--end collision safety was built to calcu- late and optimize the performance of vehicle safety. The bending mode, torsional mode and rotary ri- gidity of E--REV and archetypal vehicle were compared. Through displacement control of X axis di- rection of power battery box and Z axis direction of hook at the upper part of the rear seat backrest, the existing structure and the safety performance of whole vehicle rear--end collision were optimized and redesigned. The simulation results of modified E--REV safety structure were testified by calcula- tion and entire vehicle crash tests.
