Ni含量对热浸Zn-Al-Ni合金镀层组织和耐腐蚀性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了提高热浸镀锌层的耐腐蚀性能,向Zn-0.01%Al镀浴中添加少量Ni,在Q235钢表面获得Zn-Al-Ni热浸镀锌合金层,并用光学显微镜观察了镀层的组织,通过全浸腐蚀实验表征了镀层的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:随着镀浴中Ni含量的增加,Zn-Al-Ni镀层的腐蚀速率先减小,后增大,当Ni含量为0.05%时,镀层的耐腐蚀性能最好;可以通过降低ζ相层的厚度以及增大δ相层的厚度,来提高镀层的耐腐蚀性能。 In order to improve the corrosion resistance of hot-dip galvanizing coating, the hot-dip galvanizing alloy of Zn-A1-Ni were gained on the surface of Q235 steel by adding a small amount of Ni in the Zn-0.01% A1 bath. The microstructures of coatings were observed by the optical microscopy, and the corrosion resistance of coatings was characterized by full immersion corrosion test. The results show that the corrosion rate decreases firstly and then increases along with the increase of Ni content in the alloy bath. The corrosion resistance is the best for the coating when the Ni content is 0.05%. The corrosion resistance can be enhanced by reducing the thickness of ζ phase and increasing the thickness of δ phase.
