摘要
简述了真空喷涂生产线缸体的结构及工作原理,并对缸体结构进行设计。首先,依据薄壁圆筒稳定性理论对真空缸体进行初步设计;然后,利用有限元对真空缸体三维模型进行仿真,分析其具体变形情况与应力分布规律,从而判断缸体的强度性能与安全稳定性;最后,对缸体的结构进行改进以满足设计要求。
The cylinder structure and principle of vacuum coating production line were described and the structure of cylinder was designed. First, completed the preliminary design of vacuum cylinder based on the stability theory about thinwalled cylinder; Then the finite element model of vacuum cylinder was simulated to analyze its specific deformation and stress distribution law, determine the strength and security stability of the vacuum cylinder. Finally, improved its structure in order to meet the design requirements.
