摘要 综采工作面切眼跨度大,是安装大型综采设备的巷道,也是煤矿安全生产管理的重点。为了保证大倾角炮采改为综采工作面切眼的安全施工,结合李嘴孜煤矿的生产条件,提出了合理的扩刷施工工艺,探讨了切眼扩刷时的安全技术措施,尤其是大倾角条件下的工作面防抽底、防片帮措施等,最终实现了切眼扩刷的安全施工。 A large span of an open - off cut in the fully mechanized coal mining face would be a gateway for the assembling of the large fully mechanized coal mining equipment and would be a key point of the mine safety production management. In order to ensure the safety construction of the high inclined drilling and blasting mining face changed to the open - off cut of the fully mechanized coal mining face, in combination with the production conditions of Lizuizi Mine, a rational enlargement construction technique was provided and the safety technical measures were discussed for the enlargement of the open - off cut, including the measures of the single prop stability lost prevention in the coal mining face under the high inclined condition, the coal wall spalling prevention and others. Finally the safety construction of the open - off cut enlargement was realized.
