摘要
目的:观察环磷腺苷葡胺联合心宝丸治疗病窦的疗效。方法:将82例病窦患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例予静滴环磷腺苷葡胺同时口服心宝丸,对照组42例予静滴异丙肾上腺素和阿托品。结果:经15d治疗后治疗组临床症状改善及心率变化指标优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:环磷腺苷葡胺联合心宝丸治疗病窦综合征疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate plus Xinbao pills for treatment of sick sinus syndrome.Method：82 Cases of sick sinus syndrome（SSS） were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients were treated with meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate and Xinbao pills as the treatment group,42 patients were treated with isoprenaline and atropine as the control group.Results：The improvement of clinical symptoms and heart rate variation of the treatment group were better than the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion：The curative effect of the meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate plus Xinbao pills for treatment of sick sinus syndrome is remarkable,it is worth being popularized in clinical use.
