摘要
呼图壁储气库是2010年由中石油股份公司启动的国内六大储气库建设项目之一,于2011年下半年开始投入开发。为确保储气库气井满足长期大排量注采并安全有效运行30年的设计要求,按照前期项目可行性研究及工程方案设计,储气库注采直井均设计采用气密封防腐油管、永久封隔器及井下安全阀,并采用射孔方式进行完井。由于呼图壁气田目前已处于开发后期,地层压力系数低(0.46),射孔及完井过程工艺复杂、周期长,储层保护难度大,根据储气库气井完井结构特点,结合射孔作业的不同点火工艺技术分析,设计出适用于呼图壁枯竭型气藏储气库注采直井射孔完井的工艺技术,现场应用成功实施。
Hutubi gas storage is the one of six major construction projects of underground gas storage started up by CNPC in 2010,and begins drilling in the second half of 2011.according to the preliminary feasibility studies and engineering design of the construction project,The tubular structure designed of injecting-producing wells is composed of gas seal anticorrosion tubing、permanent packer and downhole safety valve,and the gas well is completed by perforating,which will ensure that gas storage runs safely and high efficiently with large-capacity injection-production for 30 years.Taking the pressure-depleted gas reservoir and the complex completion process and difficult reservoir protection into account,according to structure features of the pipe string in the gas storage well and analysis to different ignition system of perforation,we have designed a perforation technology for injecting-producing vertical wells of Hutubi exhausted gas reservoir and got successful implementation in the field.
