摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下直肠悬吊术治疗直肠脱垂的临床效果。方法对我科2008年8月至2012年7月收治18例直肠脱垂患者行腹腔镜下直肠悬吊术的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果手术时间1～2h,住院时间6～9d,平均7.8d。其中16例患者经6～12个月随访,均无复发,且排便基本正常。结论腹腔镜下直肠悬吊术治疗成人直肠脱垂效果良好。
Objective Investigate the clinical effects of laparoscopic rectal suspension surgery for rectal prolapse. Methods In 18 cases of rectal prolapse in patients underwent laparoscopic rectal suspension surgery. Results Operation time of 1~2 hours,hospitalization time of 6~9 days,average 7.8 days. Among the 16 patients after 6~12 months of follow-up, no recurrence, and normal defecation. Conclusion Laparoscopic rectal suspension surgery for the treatment of adult rectal prolapse good Results .
