N-TiO_2纳米溶胶的微波合成及XPS分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用钛酸四正丁酯为前驱体微波法制备N掺杂TiO2纳米溶胶,并利用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对其分子成分及价态进行了表征研究.XPS表征结果显示,N元素以阴离子N-的形态掺杂于TiO2中,存在形式为N-Ti-O形态而非Ti-O-N的形态,且N元素的掺杂量为6%. Tetra-n-butyl titanate was adopted as the only microwave method of precursor to make preparation of N doped with TiO2 Nano-sol,and a characterization study was carried out via X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS) about its molecular components and its valence.The result shows N was a form of Anoin N-which was doped into TiO2.The form of existence was N-Ti-O,not the form of Ti-O-N.In addition,the amount of N element was 6%.
