Lisfranc损伤治疗进展 被引量:10

摘要 Lisfranc损伤特点及机制与跖跗关节骨与韧带、软组织结构特点相关。影像学检查技术的进步为Lisfranc损伤分类和诊断带来很多帮助,尤其对隐匿性骨折和单纯软组织损伤的确诊能力不断提高。Lisfranc损伤骨折脱位手术治疗的必要性已逐步得到认可,但手术方式及内固定材料的选择日趋多样,仍未形成共识。该文主要就Lisfranc损伤解剖要点、损伤机制、影像学诊断和治疗研究进展作一综述。
