摘要
目的:比较决明子颗粒与传统饮片水煎剂降脂作用的药效学,为临床用药提供理论依据。方法:实验分为阴性对照组、模型组、阳性对照组(血脂康胶囊)、决明子颗粒组与饮片水煎剂组,以总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)为指标研究决明子颗粒与传统饮片降脂作用的药效学差异。结果:决明子颗粒组与阳性对照组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平与模型组比较显著降低(P<0.05),决明子颗粒组与饮片水煎剂组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:决明子颗粒对高脂血症大鼠的降脂作用优于传统饮片水煎剂。
Objective： To compare the pharmacodynamics of granules and decoction of Semen Cassiae in regulating blood lipid and in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical medication.Methods： Negative control group, model group, positive control group（Xuezhikang Capsule）, Semen Cassiae granules group and Chinese herbal pieces decoction group were set up in this study.TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C were served as research indicators.Results： The level of TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C in Semen Cassiae granules group and positive control group were reduced significantly compared with model group（P〈0.05）; There were significant difference between Semen Cassiae granules group and Chinese herbal pieces decoction group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of Semen Cassiae granules were superior to Chinese herbal pieces decoction in regulating blood lipid of hyperlipemia rats.
