摘要
目的:探讨艾灸配合中药敷脐治疗艾滋病患者纳呆的临床疗效。方法:选择经过3 d常规治疗纳呆无改善的艾滋病患者58例,温和灸神阙、足三里(双侧),每次30 min,每天1次;自拟中药散剂敷脐,每次6 h,每天2次。先艾灸后敷脐。7 d为1个疗程,休息3 d继续下个疗程,治疗1～3个疗程。观察患者食欲和食量的变化情况。结果:食欲增加48例,有效率为82.76%,食量增加50例,有效率为86.21%,食欲和食量均增加46例,有效率为79.31%。结论:艾灸配合中药敷脐对艾滋病患者纳呆有良好治疗作用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect on AIDS patients with anorexia treated by mild warming moxibustion（MWM） together with application of Chinese medicine on the navel region.Methods：58 cases of AIDS patients with anorexia after 3 days of conventional treatment were selected.MWM on acupoints Shenque and Zusanli（double side）,30 minutes each time,once a day and application of the self-designed Chinese medicine（powder） on the navel region were carried out,6 hours each time,twice a day.MWM was conducted before the application of Chinese medicine on the navel region.One treatment course（TC） lasted 7 days,stopping for 3 days and then continue to the next TC,for 1-3 TC.The patients were observed the changes of appetite and food intake.Results：Patients with increased appetite were 48 cases and the effective rate was 82.76%;Patients with increased food intake were 50 cases and the effective rate was 86.21%;Patients with increased food intake and appetite were 46 cases and the effective rate was 79.31%.Conclusion：MWM together with the application of Chinese medicine on the navel region is effective in the treatment of AIDS patients with anorexia.
