摘要
目的:探讨傅金英教授治疗盆腔炎性疾病的临床经验。方法:通过跟师学习,总结傅金英教授对盆腔炎性疾病的认识以及治疗方法。结果:傅金英教授认为盆腔炎的发生与以下因素有关:①经行产后摄生不慎;②妇科手术消毒不严;③脾肾阳虚湿热内生。对盆腔炎的治疗方法:①急性期治疗中西医结合;②强调辨证与辨病相结合;③局部和全身用药相结合;④根据妇女的生理特点用药;⑤加强体育锻炼,增强体质。结论:傅金英教授治疗盆腔炎疗效显著。
Objective：To investigate the experience of professor Fu Jinying in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods：Understanding of pelvic inflammatory disease and treatment experience of professor Fu Jinying were summarized through learning with her.Results：Professor Fu Jinying believes that the occurrence of pelvic inflammation is associated with the following factors：①hygienism carelessly in menstruating period and postpartum;②Lax disinfection at gynecologic operation;③Yang deficiency of the spleen and kidney,and damp-heat endogenous.For the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease：①combination traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of acute period;②emphasis the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation;③combination of local and systemic medication;④drug use according to women′s physiological characteristics;⑤increasing physical exercise and strengthening.constitutions.Conclusion：Professor Fu Jinying in treating pelvic inflammatory disease has good curative effect.
