摘要
文化建设是全面实施素质教育的有效载体,大力加强和建设飞行大队文化是飞行大队内涵式发展的必然要求。文章结合中国民航飞行学院新津分院飞行二大队的实践,论述了飞行大队进行文化建设的必要性,实际做法与取得的效果。
Cultural construction is essential for implementing quality-oriented education. It is imperative to strengthen cultural construction in Flight Department to further and better development. This paper elaborates on the necessity, approach and practical effects achieved of cultural construction, based on the construction practices in Department 2, Xinjin Flight College, CAFUC.
