摘要
结合云南普炭一级公路项目建设,对EC120温拌改性沥青混合料的应用技术包括配合比设计、施工工艺和性能评价指标进行了研究。其结果表明,EC120温拌改性沥青混合料的拌合、摊铺及碾压的温度介于热拌热铺和冷拌冷铺之间,既结合了两者的优点,同时又避开了双方的缺点,有效解决了能源消耗和二氧化碳等温室气体排放难题,并具有与热拌沥青混合料一样优良的施工和易性和路用性能。
Based on the construction of Puzhehei-Tanfang First-class Highway in Yunnan,the application technology of EC120 warm-mix modified asphalt mixture was studied,including the mix proportion design,its construction technology and performance evaluation index.The results show that the temperature for mixing,paving and rolling of EC120 warm-mix modified asphalt mixture is between the temperature of hot-mix-hot-pave and cold-mix-code-pave,which combines the advantages of both,and avoids their disadvantages.This technology effectively solved the problems of energy consumption and emission of greenhouse gas such as carbon dioxide.The obtained product obtains excellent construction workability and road performance just like hot-mix asphalt mixture.
