摘要
为解决城市快速路出口匝道及其衔接交叉口区域交通拥堵局面,提出了快速路出口匝道下游信号交叉口配时模糊控制方法.设计了相位绿灯延时模糊控制器和相序优化模糊控制器,实现了信号交叉口各相位绿灯时间的优化及相序的优选.结合MATLAB语言对该方法进行了程序设计与仿真.仿真结果表明:该方法在控制效果方面明显优于定时控制方案,有效地缓解或减少了出口匝道及其衔接下游交叉口区域由于配时不合理而造成的交通拥堵.该成果可为交通控制或指挥管理部门在交通拥堵治理方面提供有效的控制方案与手段.
In order to alleviate the traffic jams in the area of urban expressway off-ramp and its associated intersections at downtown streets, a fuzzy control method for signal intersection downstream off-ramp is proposed in this study. By designing and installing two fuzzy controllers, the delayed time of green-light and the next phase order are optimized according to the queue lengths and the numbers of phase delays. The proposed method is programmed using MATLAB program and the simulation is subsequently performed. The results show that the method is feasible and better than that of fixed time scenario for mitigating traffic jams caused by irrational timing in the area of urban expressway off-ramp and its associated intersections. The study results provide an efficient mean for traffic management in reducing or alleviating traffic jams in urban roads.
