摘要
目的观察内镜治疗急性上消化道出血的疗效及护理。方法选择本院2009年2～10月共120例上消化道出血患者作为观察对象,患者均行内镜下治疗,同时给予围术期护理干预,观察患者止血成功率、复发率及治疗后并发症情况。结果 120例上消化道出血患者经内镜下治疗后,112例一次止血成功,占93.33%;6例因复发性出血转外科治疗,占5.00%;1例因家中事务等原因自动出院,占0.83%;1例死亡,占0.83%。治疗总有效率为93.33%。结论内镜治疗上消化道出血及时有效,系统护理干预能显著提高治疗的成功率,减少复发及术后并发症,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe therapy effect and nursing on endoscopic treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleed- ing. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding from February to October 2009 in our hospital were selected as observed objects, and 120 cases received endoscopic treatment. Meanwhile, pe- rioperative nursing intervention was given to the patients. Successful hemostasia rate, recurrence rate and posttreatment complications were observed. Results After the endoscopic treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, the amount of one-time hemostasis was 112 eases（93.33%）; 6 cases appeared recurrent hemorrhage（5.00%）, and the patients were transferred to the department of surgery. There was 1 case discharged due to family affairs （0.83%）and 1 case death （0.83%）. The total effective rate was 93.33%. Conclusion Endoscopic treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding has the timely and effective advantages. And systematic perioperative nursing intervention significantly improve the success rate. This method reduces the recurrence rate and postoperative complications. It is worthy of application.
