摘要
介绍了太谷县红枣贮藏保鲜现状,通过对2010年太谷县4个主要红枣企业红枣贮藏保鲜及干枣和枣果加工情况的调查,分析了太谷县红枣业的竞争优势及现存问题,提出了关于太谷县红枣业持续健康发展的若干建议。
This paper introduces the present situation of red jujube＇ s fresh-keeping in Taigu County, and mrougn me investigation of the situation of red jujube＇ s fresh-keeping and dry jujube and jujube fruit processing in four main redjujube enterprises in Taigu County, analyzes the competitive advantage of and the existing problems in the red-jujube industry of Taigu County, and puts forward some suggestions on the sustainable and healthy development of the red-jujube industry in Taigu County.
