摘要 采用稳定同位素比质谱法进行茶油中掺杂具有相似化学特征的玉米油的研究。按照一定比例配制玉米油和茶油的混合样品。因为茶油和玉米油两者δ13C值的差异很大,当玉米油在15%以上时,本方法能够明确地判别茶油是否掺假了玉米油,并能对其百分含量做定量计算。该方法准确、稳定、操作简便,为食用荼油的监管工作提供技术支持。 The identification of corn oil in camellia oil was studied by the Element Analysis Stable Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometric Method. The mixed sample was prepared with camellia oil and corn oil according to certain proportion. The δ13C values of camellia oil and corn oil are quite different, so this method could clearly identify the corn oil adulterate in camellia oil when the proportion of corn oil passed over 15% and the methed could calculate the corn oil percentage in the mix samples quantitatively. The proposed method presented the benefits of accuracy and easy operation to poevide technical support for edible oil supervision.
