摘要
目的探讨视频宣教对前列腺电切术患者心理和生存质量的影响。方法将100例实施前列腺电切术的患者分为观察者和对照组,对照组接受常规宣教,观察组在术前增加视频宣教,所有患者于宣教前和术后1周内进行心理状态和生存质量评价,出院前进行宣教满意度调查。结果两组患者术前评分无显著差异(P>0.05);两组患者在不同的宣教下,观察组在心理状态、生存质量各领域得分、对护理宣教的满意度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.001)。结论视频宣教干预可显著改善前列腺增生患者手术前后的心理状况,提高患者生存质量及治疗、护理满意度。
Objective To study the effects of video instruction on transurethral resection of prostate of the prostate in patients with psychological and quality of life. Methods In strict accordance with the criteria for inclusion and exclu- sion criteria, 100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control subjects(50 cases) were given routine nursing care,observation subjects(50 cases) were added to the video education. All patients in the mission before and after one weeks of psychological status and quality of life assessment. Performed before dis- charge education satisfaction survey. Results Compared to the control group, the observation group psychological state, quality of life, satisfaction had significant differences (P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.001 ). The difference was statistically difference. Conclusion Video education can significantly improve the prostatic hyperplasia patients before and after operation the psychological condition, improvinz the oualitv of life of natients'and satiafaotion
