摘要
基于中温油藏开展了以改性酚醛树脂为交联剂的中温凝胶调剖剂的研究,通过室内实验,确定了中温调剖剂的基本配方,考察了聚合物、交联剂、促交剂、添加剂用量对凝胶黏度的影响。通过合理控制聚交比等参数,制得可适用于70℃地层温度的凝胶调剖体系,该体系具有成胶黏度可控、热稳定性好等特点。现场实践证明,该调剖体系可有效封堵地层中的高渗透水流通道,提高水驱波及体积,改善油田开发效果。
A moderate-temperature gel profile controlling agent with the modified phenol-formaldehyde resin as cross-linkage agent is studied on the basis of reservoir characteristics. The basic recipe is determined through the laboratory experimental study, and the influence of polymer, cross-linking agent, aid cross-linking agent and additive agent usage on gel viscosity are observed and stud- ied. It made a gel profile controlling agent apply to 70 ℃stratum temperature by control polymer cross-linking ratio. It has a viscosity controlled and good temperature stability. It can plugging water flow passageway effective, improving waterdrived swept wolume and exploration of oil field.
