摘要
针对电器周转盒尺寸、形位公差要求不高、批量不大及其形状、结构上的特点,以降低生产成本为指导思想,选择了恰当的加工方法、设计了合理加工工艺方案、编制了简洁的数控冲压程序,同时分析了冲压生产该零件过程中产生问题的原因,并找到了相应的解决措施。经生产实践证明,周转盒的加工方法选择及加工工艺方案的设计合理,稳定地生产出了完全符合要求的零件。
A turnover box was developed based on the part's characteristics in shape and structure, low requirements for size and geometric tolerances and yield. Appropriate machin- ing processes were designed and a simple CNC stamping procedure was programmed to re- duce its production cost. The corresponding solution was made by analyzing the cause of problems in the stamping production process.
