摘要
目的:介绍PET/CT中心建设中PET/CT设备的配置条件,探讨设备的选型依据。方法:根据我国关于大型医用设备管理新政策以及PET/CT的原理、结构和技术性能,论述医疗机构建设PET/CT中心所需的条件及PET/CT设备的选型。结果:①拟申请配置PET/CT的医疗机构在医院等级、床位数、年门诊量、年出院患者数及相关科室(核医学科、肿瘤科及影像科等)的规模、人员和科研等方面需满足卫生部《2011-2015年全国正电子发射型断层扫描仪配置规划》中的有关要求;②医疗机构选择PET/CT机型需关注的主要技术参数和性能指标;③获得PET/CT配置许可指标的医疗机构需参加卫生部集中招标采购的流程。结论:给出建立PET/CT中心需具备的软硬件和设备的选型参数,为医疗机构建设PET/CT中心提供参考依据。
[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the requirements and equipment selection for establishment of PET/CT center. Methods： According to the current large medical equipment management policy in China, the principles and technical characteristics of PET/CT equipment, the requirements for a hospital to establish a PET/CT center were analyzed and how to select the PET/CT equipment type were discussed. Results： @The requirements of the hospital level, the number of beds, workload, staff, facilities and scientific research level were listed. @The technical parameters and performance indexes for PET/CT selection were described. @The procedure for PET/CT equipment procurement was stated. Conclusion： The information and suggestions about requirements and equipment selection for hospitals to establish a PET/CT center are provided.
