摘要 为了使复合绝缘子用硅橡胶具有稳定而持久的憎水迁移性,根据小分子迁移机理,在硅橡胶中添加少量硅氧烷低聚物。研究了不同聚合度的硅氧烷低聚物对硅橡胶憎水迁移速度和持久性的影响。结果表明,在硅橡胶中加入0.5%~2%的硅氧烷低聚物可提高硅橡胶的憎水性和憎水迁移速度,佐证了小分子迁移理论的正确性;硅氧烷低聚物的聚合度越小,在硅橡胶中的迁移速度越快,但容易损失,耐老化性较差;不同聚合度的硅氧烷低聚物配搭使用,不仅能保证硅橡胶有较好的憎水迁移性,而且使其持久性和耐老化能力大大提高,聚合度为10、70、200的硅氧烷低聚物的较佳配搭比例是0.4份、0.3份、0.3份。 Based on the hydrophobicity transfer mechanism of small molecule migration in silicone rubber by adding small amount of siloxane oligomers, silicone rubber with stable and endurable hydrophobicity trans- fer was achieved. The effects of different polymerization degree of siloxane oligomers on the rate of hydropho- bicity transfer and endurance of silicone rubber were investigated. Result showed that adding 0.5 ~ 2% silox- ane oligomer in silicone rubber improved the hydrophobicity transfer rate and stability of silicone rubber, sup- porting the theory of small molecule migration theory. The lower the molecular weight of silicone oligomers, the faster migration rate in silicone rubber, but it was easy to loss, and the aging resistance was poorer. When the mixture of siloxane oligomers with different degree of polymerization was used, it greatly improved the en- durance and aging resistance of silicone rubber as well as its excellent hydrophobicity transfer properties. The optimal mixture formulation for the siloxane oligmers with degree of polymerization of 10, 70 and 200 at a loading of 0. 4 phr, 0. 3 phr and 0. 3 phr, respectively.
