摘要
从实验内容、教学方法和考核制度三方面对酶工程实验教学进行了改革,并取得了很好的效果.通过改革,提高了综合性、设计性实验的比例;引入了"实验助教"模式,即让所有学生充分参与实验教学的全部过程.考核的主要依据是学生在实验过程中的具体表现.
Experimental teaching of enzyme engineering was reformed in three aspects, including experimental content, teaching methods and examination system and the effects are favorable. The ratio of comprehensive experiments and designing experiments was increased. The "Experiment Teaching Assistant" ( ETA ) model was introduced. Students were required to participate fully in the experiment teaching process. The examination was based on the actual performance in the process of experiment.
