表观遗传学在中医针灸研究中的应用探讨 被引量:12

摘要 表观遗传学主要研究在没有DNA序列改变情况下,基因功能的可逆的、可遗传的改变,其通过相互作用,多途径、多层次影响和调节遗传基因的功能和特性。该特点与中医针灸作用整体性、综合性、双向性、功能性特点具有很大相似性。"理、法、方、穴、术"是实现针灸作用的基础,围绕DNA甲基化、蛋白质共价修饰、染色质重塑、非编码RNA等表观遗传调控形式及相应调控蛋白酶对其展开研究,将为深入阐释"理、法、方、穴、术"的物质基础,探索相应的量化指标提供新的思路,研究结果将对指导针灸临床和提高针灸临床疗效具有积极意义。 Epigenetics is the study of heritable changes in genes and gene expression that do not involve DNA nucleotide sequences. It emphasizes that the information of gene regulation can interact through the ways of multi-channel and multi-level, and it is reversible. The therapeutic effects of acupuncture is based on the suitable rules includes principles, methods, formulas, medicinals and manipulation, which also reflect the characteristics of entirety, comprehensive, bidirectional and functional regulation. But the mechanism is unclear, which need further research. Then, the introduction of epigenetics into acupuncture research will be valuable attempt, which including DNA methylation, covalent modification, chromatin remodeling, microRNA and so on. The studies will be helpful for explain the material basis of principles, methods, formulas, medicinals and manipu- lation, and also will provide new ideas for exploring objective indicators of them. The research results will be useful for guiding the acupuncture clinic and improving the clinical efficacy.
