开胃增食汤治疗厌食症模型大鼠作用机制研究 被引量:6

Regulatory effect of Kaiweizengshi decoction on anorexia in rats

摘要 [目的]研究开胃增食汤对厌食症模型大鼠血浆、胃黏膜、下丘脑Ghrelin及摄食量的影响,探讨开胃增食汤治疗厌食症的作用机制。[方法]40只SD大鼠随机分为5组:正常组、模型组、开胃增食汤低剂量组、开胃增食汤高剂量组、阳性对照(健胃消食片)组。除正常组外,其余各组大鼠采用饮食不当法建立厌食症大鼠模型。通过检测各组大鼠血浆、胃黏膜、下丘脑Ghrelin及摄食量的变化,研究开胃增食汤的干预作用。[结果]与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血浆、胃黏膜、下丘脑Ghrelin表达明显降低(P<0.05,<0.01),摄食量明显降低(P<0.05,<0.01);药物干预各组与模型组比较,血浆、胃黏膜、下丘脑Ghrelin表达均明显增高(P<0.05,<0.01),摄食量明显增高(P<0.05,<0.01)。[结论]开胃增食汤能改善厌食症模型大鼠的症状,其作用机制与调节血浆、胃黏膜、下丘脑Ghrelin的分泌、释放有关。 [Objective]To study the effect of Kaiweizengshi decoction on ghrehn in the plasma, gastric mucosa and hypothalamus of rats with anorexia, and to explore the mechanism of action invlolved. [Methods]Anorexia models of SD rats were established by imitating the major cause of infantile anorexia through improper diet. The rats were randomly divided into five groups: the normal control, the model group, the low dosage of Kaiweizengshi decoction group, the high dosage of Kaiweizengshi decoction group, and the positive control group. The ghrelin in the plasma, gastric mucosa and hypothalamus of rats in all groups were measured respectively. The regulation effect of Kaiweizengshi decoction was observed, l-Results]Compared with the normal control, ghrelin in the plasma, gastric mucosa and hypothalamus of model group were decreased(P〈0.05,〈0. 01) as well as the food intake (P〈0. 05,〈0. 01). Kaiweizengshi decoction remarkably up-regulated the food intakes and ghrelin in the plasma, gastric mucosa and hypothalamus of anorexia rats(P〈0.05,〈0.01). [Conclusion]Kaiweizengshi decoction could improve the symptoms of rats with anorexia,which might be related to ghrelin released in the plasma, gastric mucosa and hypothalamus of anorexia rats.
