摘要
在世纪之交 ,中国现代化的进程对高等教育质量和规模的需要越来越迫切。而高校后勤服务设施与功能问题是影响扩大高校招生最主要的制约“瓶颈” ,而解决这个问题的主要出路在于高校后勤社会化改革。改革则必须从发挥内在动力 ,提供外在保证和制定推进方略三方面入手 ,最终建立起符合国情 。
At the threshold of the new century,China's modernization is in evev incveasing need of the quality and scale of higher education,and the facilities of the social services in universities and colleges turn out to be the most sophisticated problem which has a great infuence on the expansion of enrollment.To solve the problem,the chief way consists in the socialization of varions services.It must be dealt with in three aspects:exerting inner initiatives,providing outer necessities and making proceeding policy.By this way,a new type of social service system,which is not only in correspondence to China's present situations but also in acecordance with the development of universities ard colleges,will finally be established.
