摘要
电动汽车作为未来汽车行业的发展方向,其节能与减排效果受到广泛的关注。通过对比电动汽车与燃油汽车的能耗及污染物排放情况,建立了电动汽车节能与减排潜力计算模型,模型考虑了电源结构、火电结构及线损率对单位电量平均煤耗率及污染气体排放的影响。以2015年为例进行分析,首先采用弹性系数法对机动车保有量进行了预测,利用所建立的模型对3种不同的发展情形下的电动汽车节能与减排的潜力进行了分析。结果表明,使用电动汽车在节约能源的同时可以减少污染气体排放,是缓解我国能源安全问题、改善城市空气质量的有效手段。
As the future development direction of the auto- motive industry, the effect of energy-saving and emission re- duction of electric vehicles are paid great attention. Through the comparison of energy consumption and pollutant emis- sion conditions of electric vehicles with that of fuel vehicles, the potential calculation model of energy-saving and emis- sion reduction of electric vehicles is built, which takes into account the impact of the source structure, thermal power structure and line loss rate on the average coal consumption rate and the emission of polluting gases of a unit quantity of electricity. In this paper, the data of year 2015 being taken as example, the motor vehicle population is predicted using the elastic coefficient method at first. Then the potential of energy saving and emission reduction of electric vehicles in three different development scenarios is analyzed by using of the proposed model. The results show that the application of electric vehicles can save energy and reduce emissions of pol- luting gases, which is an effective measure to alleviate energy security problem and to improve air quality of city in China.
