摘要 对食品专业英语教学方法进行初步的探索和改革,建立以学生为中心的师生互动教学模式。模拟国际学术会议,充分调动学生的学习热情和积极主动性,切实提高其使用科技英语进行交流的能力,和增强英文科技论文写作的能力。从而为更好地提高专业英语教学质量和培养高素质的食品专业人才提供一定的参考。 Teaching methods of food science professional English for postgraduates were explored and a student - centered teaching style was established. This new teaching method based on the conception that a class was an international conference, and all students were participants in it. By so doing, students were actively participated with enthusiasm and students' communication skills were enhanced, both in oral and in written. This novel style of teaching may provide a solid step for further improvement in this course.
