摘要
目的研究冬虫夏草口服液对复合因素引起的雄性大鼠生殖系统损伤是否具有保护作用。方法采用数字表法将24只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和冬虫夏草组,每组8只。冬虫夏草组大鼠连续灌胃予冬虫夏草口服液(4ml/kg)21d,正常对照组和模型组灌以等体积水21d。冬虫夏草组和模型组大鼠于灌胃第7天进入动物实验舱,进行复合因素损伤处理,对照组不进行处理。复合因素包括低剂量辐射、有害气体和噪声。实验结束后,处死各组大鼠,取睾丸、附睾,检测睾丸指数、精子数、畸形精子率并进行睾丸、附睾超微结构电镜检测。结果与模型组相比,冬虫夏草口服液可使复合因素引起的大鼠精子畸形率由(3.11±0.45)%降低至(1.11±0.35)%,精子数由(1.19±1.63)×10^7/ml增加至(2.57±3.08)×10^7/ml。结论冬虫夏草口服液对雄性大鼠生殖系统损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To study whether Cordyceps sinensis oral liquid has certain protective effect on the lesion of the reproductive system induced by composite factors in male rats. Methods Twenty-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal control group, the model group and the Cordyceps sinensis group, each consisting of 8 rats. The rats in the Cordyceps sinensis group were fed intragastricly with Cordyceps sinensis oral liquid for 21 days, with a daily dose of 4 mL/kg. The rats in the control and model groups were given the same amount of water. One week after administration of the drug, the rats in the Cordyceps sinensis group and the model group were placed in the animal chamber, where they were exposed to composite factors. The animals in the normal control group were not housed in the experimental chamber. The composite factors the animals exposed to were: low-dose radiation, hazardous gases and noise. After termination of the experiment, testicles and epididymides of the rats were collected to measure testicle indexes, the numbers of spermatozoa and the rate of teratospermia. At the same time, u]trastructures of the testicle and epididymis were observed with electron microscopy. Results Cordyceps sinensis oral liquid could help to decrease the rate of teratospermia from (3.11 ± 0.45 ) % to ( 1.11± 0.35 ) % and increase the number of spermatozoa from ( 1.19 ± 1.63 ) x 107/ml to (2.57± 3.08 ) x 107/ml, when a comparison was made with the animals in the model group. Conclusions Cordyceps sinensis oral liquid seemed to have the protective effect on the reproductive system of rats.
