摘要
本文用描述性流行病学分析方法,对一起集体聚餐所致食源性疾病进行分析,根据流行病学调查资料、病例临床特点和实验室检验结果,证实该起食源性疾病由食用受弗氏柠檬酸杆菌污染的食品所致。
Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on a food borne disease outbreak after a mass dinner, and laboratory detection was performed to understand the etiology of the disease. According to the epidemiological survey and laboratory detection results, the outbreak was identified to be caused by the food contaminated with Citrobacter freundii.
