摘要
新国标GB/T 15180—2010重交通道路石油沥青标准对老化后沥青的质量损失、针入度比和老化后延度均提出了更高要求。以中国石化股份有限公司九江分公司的脱油沥青(DOA)、减压渣油(VR)以及拔头油浆(FSO)为原料,考察了几种拔头油浆调合生产新国标道路沥青的方法,获得了不同初馏点的拔头油浆调和沥青的比例,改善了调和沥青的抗老化性能,并考察了新型沥青针入度比改性剂的改性效果。
The new national standard G B/T 15180- 2010 of petroleum asphalts for heavy traffic road pavement had issued three new specifications related to the aging properties of heavy traffic road asphalt, in- cluding the mass loss, the penetration ratio and the retention ductility. This work used three typical feed stocks: deoiled asphalt, vacuum residue and FCC slurry oil for blending heavy traffic road asphalt. Various FCC slurry oils with different initial boiling point were investigated for obtaining suitable blending ratios. The results showed that the anti - aging properties of blended asphalts could be improved by adjusting the blending ratio. At last, a new penetration ratio modifier was tested and showed a good improved effect.
